By accessing and using ImportFlow (the "Service"), provided by KeySource Logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
ImportFlow provides logistics management, package tracking, and procurement ("Buy-For-Me") services. We facilitate the shipping of goods from international locations to your designated destination.
For Buy-For-Me requests, users are responsible for providing accurate product links and details. All payments made via Paystack are final once the procurement process has been initiated with the third-party vendor.
Estimated delivery times are projections and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events. Users are responsible for all customs duties and local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users agree not to ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials. A list of restricted items is available upon request and governed by international aviation and maritime laws.
