Understanding the Command Center
Your dashboard is built for high-density logistics tracking. The Active Shipments grid displays realtime data pushed directly from our secure servers. When an order transitions from PENDING to PAID, or when it arrives at our Guangzhou hub, the UI updates instantly without requiring a manual page refresh. You can rely on the data shown on your screen to be accurate to the millisecond.
Managing Your Shipments
Your active and historical shipments are categorized by their lifecycle stages. Use the sidebar filters to quickly toggle between "Reviewing," "In Transit," and "Delivered" orders. You can click on any order to open its detailed drawer, which contains the supplier invoice, exact weight measurements, and a complete chronological timeline of the shipment.
Using the Global Command Palette
Press Ctrl + K (or Cmd + K on Mac) from anywhere in the platform to instantly open the Command Palette. This powerful search tool allows you to instantly pull up specific Order IDs, Tracking Numbers, or jump directly to specific dashboard modules without navigating through menus.
Setting Up Your Profile & Notifications
Navigate to your Profile settings to manage your contact details and default shipping addresses. You can also toggle email notifications to ensure you receive instant alerts when your shipments clear customs, arrive at the hub, or require payment.
